Interface with internal & external customers to generate ad hoc and production reports.
Produce weekly and monthly activity reports
Create Quarterly Business Review (QBR) presentations for assigned clients.
Analyze production reports for data trends and present findings to internal and external customers

Ability to problem solve and present conceptual information to internal management
Ability to verbalize basic data analysis as it pertains to our staff, customer and supplier environment
Ability to work with cross-functional team members
MS Office Suite
Mastery of Excel advanced features
Data mining and analysis
Analytical report writing
Database concepts (Access preferred)
Detail oriented
Required Experience
Required Experience:
Minimum of two years developing MS Excel spreadsheets and accompanying written analyses
Minimum of one year customer service experience
