Primary Function: Performs assigned duties as related to Technical Service Department covering archives, mail service, courier service, duplication of material, scanning & restoration of graphics files, electronic distribution and maintenance of drawing files and manual filing.

Operates personal computer and related programs within the Department in conjunction with Electronic Document Control practices.
Maintains sequence/order of Archive records.
Monitors supply stock.
Operates copy machines when filling requests.
Operates the van & electric cart when assigned Mail Center duties.
Files all items as assigned within the Department.
Types information as directed.
Operates microfiche machine for filming shop order folders.
Picks up, sorts and delivers mail and packages when assigned Mail Center duties.
Responds to requests for information by telephone, fax machines, voice mail & email.
Receives, records, and processes all courier requests (inbound & outgoing).
Performs other duties as required by department supervisor.
4-year college degree strongly preferred. 3+ years of manufacturing experience required.
