Job Description

To support our growth ICF seeks a Research Assistant to work in our Energy Efficiency division to be located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The Research Assistant will contribute to the development of innovative, accurate, timely, and high quality products and services, typically working on multiple projects with all levels of staff. Research Assistants at ICF International have an opportunity to apply their academic knowledge, gain exposure to major projects, interact with experts and clients in the field, while building content knowledge and consulting skills.

Key Responsibilities

Assisting with developing and implementing energy efficiency programs

Preparing persuasive presentations

Relationship building activities

Research and analysis of energy efficiency and industry issues

Corresponding with energy efficiency program contractors and other market players

Bachelor's degree in Sciences, Engineering, Policy, Business or related subject

Minimum GPA of 3.0

Experience with MS Office

Preferred Skills/Experience

BPI certification desired

Energy efficiency technology knowledge desired

Professional Skills

Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills

Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision making capabilities

Team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information

Ability to work with all levels of internal staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
