AIR is currently seeking a Researcher who possesses a TS/SCI clearance with full scope poly to join the Workforce program in our Washington, DC office.


The selected candidate will work as part of a research team on one or more projects to include designing and conducting training course or program evaluations, conducting workforce analyses, planning and conducting quantitative analyses; organizing and documenting analytical results and research procedures; preparing technical reports and journal articles; designing and conducting research projects for federal and private sponsors; and writing or contributing to competitive proposals for applied social science research. Periodic travel may be required.


Qualified candidates will have a Master's or Ph.D. Degree in a behavioral or social science research field (e.g., industrial/organizational psychology, organizational development, human resources). Knowledge of SPSS and a TS/SCI clearance and full scope poly are required.
