Bachelor's degree in human services with a minimum of three years working with IDD population, supervisory experience preferred. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Extremely well organized, responsible, ability to handle multiple responsibilities and assign priorities. Ability to understand and implement state and local requirements for services.
Responsible for supervision for all Residential services and adults within the Snow Hill Residential program. . Supervise residential and all direct care staff. Responsible for development and monitoring program budget. Ability to build relationships with individuals, their families, LME, other provider agencies and community agencies and organizations. Must be able to assist physically with mobility needs. Maintain all records associated as outlined in NC Service Records Manual and ESUCP Quality Management policy with same. Ability to hire, supervise and monitor for individuals we serve with habilitative services. Monitor and maintain records of all LME changes through official communications. Self-starter needed for this position with excellent advocacy skills.
