Assist and educate members, employers and agents with inquiries related to Senior Market products, how to access service and facilitate problem resolution while creating an exceptional consumer experience.
This full time position will work forty hours per week. Our ideal candidate will be able to cover 8am – 8pm, Monday through Sunday; with the exact schedule to be determined upon hire and based on a combination of business needs and candidate preference.
Experience - 1 year of experience in managed care or health care environment or Associates degree,1 year of experience in customer service
Education - Bachelor's Degree
Experience - 2 years of experience in customer service
