Columbia Memorial Hospital, located in beautiful and historic Astoria, Oregon, is looking for a detail-oriented, strong team player to work in our Cardiopulmonary Department as a Respiratory Therapist. The Respiratory Therapist is directly responsible and accountable for the care given to his/her assigned patients. This includes assessment of patient needs, including life threatening emergencies, administration and evaluation of respiratory care, supervision of others in the delivery of respiratory care and the accurate performance of pulmonary and cardiac diagnostic procedures.

Graduate of a Respiratory Therapy program accredited by the Joint Committee for Respiratory Therapy Education.
Currently licensed with Oregon Board of Medical Examiners. BLS and ACLS within 6 months of hire, PALS/ENPC within 12 months of hire. Previous satisfactory acute care hospital experience of one year preferred. Previous satisfactory Respiratory Care experience relevant to the patient population of this facility.
Status : Full Time (72-80 hours per pay period)
Shift: Primarily Nights
Salary Range: SEIU Professional Grade 4
Overtime Work Rule: 12/40
