Job duties include, but are not limited to: planning & execution of successful business and group dinners/lunch and other special events for the restaurant itself, various marketing and advertising responsibilities, working as a part of the management team in creating, developing and maintaining new and existing business, networking and being a proactive member of the business community while simultaneously representing Texas de Brazil.
Daily floor/operations management duties shared with management team include but not limited to liquor ordering, working with vendors, POS management, and staff management.
