As a Success MOGL you will be the account specialist acting as the face and image of all that MOGL is! You will deliver and be accountable for establishing a foundation for which MOGL can be successful at each venue assigned to you. Building a successful loyalty program with each specified venue takes diligence, integrity, and patience. You will be given the tools by which to succeed and will be responsible for the success of each individual venue's productivity within the parameters MOGL offers.

Job duties:
Establish a core relationship with business owners, managers, and staff.

Effectively train all managers and staff to promote and support MOGL within their venue.

Implement MOGL specific promotional material and concepts within each venue. Often times having to creatively conceptualize unique ideas to best promote MOGL at each location.

Provide fundamental feedback and areas of improvement as needed.

Engage in promotional events at your respective venues with our promo teams. Requires nights/weekends periodically

Routinely visit each venue to upkeep promo collateral and MOGL presence at each venue at all times.

Manage a reporting database of success MOGL movements and transactional history.

Work closely with marketing team for effective results per venue.

Draft professional memos/emails for regular contact with business owners/managers.

Assist in marketing consultation sessions with a Mogl marketing specialist.

Track and report on progress of promo events per venue.

Responsibilities and Accountable:
Meet or exceed set goals by Success Management team to reach set metrics with the purpose of:

Increasing the venue's frequency of visit

Increasing average check size of Mogl members

Maximizing end-user signups at the venue

Attaining maximum awareness and visibility at each venue

Provide accurate reporting to Success Management team

Maintain a positive and influential vision of Mogl at all times

Have as much fun with the position as possible while exceeding even your own expectations ;)

Must Haves:
Restaurant management/marketing or off premise account management experience

Reliable transportation

Entrepreneurial attitude

We prefer this person be located in Long Beach area.
