The Retail Assistant Manager contributes to the mission of Goodwill by helping lead a Goodwill retail store, donation site and in-store production facility. The successful candidate will assist in maximizing store appearance, customer and associate satisfaction, and financial results. The Assistant Manager serves as the manager on duty in the Retail Operations Manager’s absence, and at all times help fulfill the management responsibilities. This position assists with hiring, training, scheduling, production, floor rotation, customer service, protecting customer assests, adhering to and enforcing company policies.
