Must have Management experience, preferably in Sales, Retail or Customer Service trades. Must have some familiarization with Automotive or Service Maintenance. Must have a positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality. Must enjoy working in a fast paced environment and demonstrate a high sense of urgency/energy. Must have a competitive nature to meet goals & objectives and pursue personal achievements. Must possess the desire and ability to learn, as well as demonstrate personal responsibility. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Must have full body mobility and be able to twist, turn, bend at the waist, squat and go up and down stairs. Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time with hands above the head. Must be able to learn and utilize various automotive tools & equipment and input data and navigate the POS computer.
