This position is responsible for full cycle recruiting for Retail management and administrative positions and for coordinating the recruiting process for Retail stores to ensure a high quality workforce that supports the Goodwill/Easter Seals mission.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Associate of Arts or Science Degree in related field
  • Two or more years of experience in a recruitment focused role
  • Experience using multiple sourcing methods to maintain a pipeline of candidates for current and future openings
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and using the Internet
  • Strong interpersonal skills and credibility with all levels of management
  • Ability to work well at all levels of an organization
  • Good organizational, prioritization, and planning skills
  • Ability to work independently
  • High level of initiative and motivation along with a commitment to getting the job done
  • Knowledge and experience using HRIS system-based software and Applicant Tracking Software (ATS)
  • Knowledge of all recruiting functions and compliance
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a exempt and non-exempt positions
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
  • Valid driver’s license

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Proven success with diversity recruiting/hiring strongly preferred
  • Experience in using iCIMS Applicant Tracking System
  • Knowledge/expertise in working with persons with disadvantages and/or disabilities and barriers to employment
  • Ability to interact with a diverse, multi-cultural population in a human services setting
  • Previous experience working a retail environment
  • Previous experience working in human resources
