As a member of the CROSSMARK Part Time Retail Team you must perform merchandising and complete tasks in different stores in an assigned area. Merchandising consists of checking and filling out-of-stocks and inventory, building and packing out displays, acquiring additional space for existing items, and meeting with store and department managers. The Retail Representative must work with a sense of urgency to eliminate out of stocks on fast selling items in high volume stores during peak selling times. This position requires tasks be completed on a WEEKDAY schedule (Sunday-Saturday).
Hours: 5-30 Shift: Weekdays Sunday-Saturday 7:00AM - 5:00PM **Flexibility of schedule is important. Hours will vary depending on your location, availability, and willingness to travel. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Build and maintain rapport with store personnel to effectively meet company and client objectives. Pack out product from the backroom, freezers, and refrigerators.
Build and pack out Point of Sale materials. Communicate with store personnel to increase ordering of key items. Effectively communicate benefits and product information of our clients brands. Work closely with client representatives on agreed upon objectives.
Achieve an acceptable effectiveness rate on assigned work. Perform physically demanding tasks which may include a great deal of walking, stooping, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
