Currently, due to our expansion efforts, we are seeking dynamic, goal-oriented leaders to serve as Wireless Retail

Store Managers! In this role, you will maintain, oversee and manage a location’s employees and merchandise –

directing most of the business’s operational aspects.

Job Responsibilities

As a Wireless Retail Store Manager, you will strive to meet and exceed your monthly multi-metric sales goals. You

will also manage, strategize and oversee your location’s marketing efforts as well as the general display and

organizational layout of the store.

Additional responsibilities for the Wireless Retail Store Manager include:

Recruiting, hiring and training new employees

Managing inventory

Handling cash deposits

Negotiating customer payments


As a Wireless Retail Store Manager, you must have a passion for technology, telecommunications, and customer

service. You must also be a talented communicator, as you will participate in the on-going training and development

of your staff.

Additional requirements of the Wireless Retail Store Manager include:

Some college experience focusing on Business, Marketing, Economics, etc., a plus

Minimum 2 years of wireless experience

Past supervisory experience in a comparable role

Ability to lift 30-50 lbs. and stand for extended periods of time

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, such as Excel, Word & PowerPoint
