Responsible for developing, interpreting and implementing financial concepts and controls for the Revenue Cycle department. Performs technical analysis to determine present and future financial performance. Gathers, analyzes, prepares and summarizes recommendations providing proactive solutions for financial plans and operating forecasts. Prepares Revenue Cycle reports including results and forecasts. Reconciles general ledger against Accounts Receivables.

--Continuously develops staff through regular team meetings and training opportunities.
--Effectively manages people and processes.
--Meets monthly goals as assigned.
--Trains and develops staff on proper time management, scheduling of daily activities, and engaging communication techniques.
--Provides assistance to the Compliance Officer to ensure HCD is fully compliant with all federal and state statutes, regulations and policies, CHAP requirements and policies and HCD's Compliance Program and Standards, including but not limited to, maintaining strict confidentiality and privacy of patients' protected health information (as defined by HIPAA) in accordance with HIPAA regulations, cooperating with internal and external investigations, reviews and audits, encouraging and engaging in good faith reporting of compliance concerns, participating in and ensuring all staff members participate in annual and ad hoc compliance training, and understanding and complying with and ensuring all staff members understand and comply with HCD's Compliance Program and Standards.
