Our operations include 100 local service centers across 16 states, a pharmacy and sleep therapy operations center in Bakersfield, CA, a Customer Care Center in Lexington, KY, Reimbursement Centers in Brentwood, CA and Omaha, NE and our Corporate Administration and Training Center in Novato, CA.

Position Overview :
The Revenue Patient Services Specialist performs quality review on all patient billing documentation and is responsible for all IV, billing, and revenue functions related to oxygen and sleep related services. Ensures all documentation supports requirements for billing purposes.
Process and perform quality control of all revenue documentation related to oxygen and/or sleep services for new and existing patients; ensures the validity and integrity of all patient records, ensures timely and accurate claims and patient invoicing
Supports team members within or outside of the Revenue Office when necessary to achieve company goals or objectives
Resolve patient concerns relating to billing or collection of patient account
Contacts patient or payer in the timely collection of payment accounts
Prior experience in durable medical equipment/DME or Clinical/Medical-Healthcare billing or accounts receivable experience
Ability to read, understand and follow oral and written instructions
Excellent verbal/written communication skills
Ability to multi-task and accurately process high volumes of work
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, employees and the public
High school diploma or G.E.D. required
Four year s or more experience in a durable medical equipment/DME or clinical/hospital billing or collections environment
Two years or more experience in durable medical equipment billing or collections for governmental payors
Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare or Business Administration
