Summary of Responsibilities:
Supports the team/Director of this function in the following responsibilities: portfolios risk monitoring, credit risk analysis and periodic reporting. Responsible for supporting the team in managing data, running periodic reports, setting up new ad-hoc reports, analyzing portfolios’ trends and providing the explanation of the same in an understandable fashion.

Essential Functions:
Update key performance indicators / monthly reports Data pulling and management from Enterprise Datawarehouse Portfolios performance trends: analysis and explanation Ad hoc reporting design and implementation (spreadsheets) Analysis of origination trends and variances Recommend ways to mitigate risk and increase volume opportunities Support champion/challenger initiatives Assist in developing auto decision logic, credit policy, underwriting guidelines, verification requirements Identify high risk dealers and monitor policy exceptions and funding overrides Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Other Functions:
Special projects as requested Performs other duties as assigned

Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree; - Industry experience preferred Two (2) years experience in data management and previous analytical roles Demonstrated fluency in SQL or SAS and XLS Spreadsheet Analytical skills and some forecasting abilities Ability to maintain confidentiality

Working Conditions:
Extended working hours may be required as dictated by management and business needs. Travel to multiple facilities may be required.
