OT Training Solutions is currently seeking qualified trainers to provide the necessary training and skills to the ANA for the abilities to successfully operate independently without the support of US trainers and military for a number of tasks, including, but not limited to, the following: Advise the KDK Commander on logistics matters that affect the accomplishment of the KDKs mission and execute ANA Fielded Forces logistic policies; monitor critical classes of supply support, local procurement and allocate facilities and Logistics resources available to the KDK; monitor transportation movement requirements within KDK and assess logistics capabilities and limitations of the KDK; maintain Class VII Property Book management and oversight for the KDK and coordinate maintenance and recovery operations; assist the KDK surgeon in developing the Medical Logistics requirements and coordinate with the KDK Cultural and Religious Chief for the retrograde and return of remains; identify logistics requirements for contracting and requesting contracts; e responsible for oversight, management nd execution of material accountability at the KDK level IAW Decree 4.0, 1.9.k.
Standard will be to conduct training six (6) days per week for up to twelve (12) hours per day while at OCONUS work site.
Train sustainment procedures using ANA logistical practices. S4 Trainers will report to the Team Lead as well as the Program Manager. Trainers will be responsible for regularly interacting with US military personnel. Based on circumstances that are unique to their work location, trainers will be responsible for making on the scene decisions as to how to execute the curriculum. Along with their local site manager, trainer is responsible for assessing how well the ANA students have learned their coursework.
*Military E7 or higher
*At least 10 years Battalion and Brigade Level Logistical Operations experience in US military supply operations
*US Army MOS equal to 92 series
*Possess and maintain an active US Government Secret clearance
