Knowledge & skill necessary to provide direct & indirect care appropriate to age of patients served (infant through geriatric). Communicates with physicians & coworkers as appropriate about changes in the patient’s clinical condition. Initiative in pursuing education & training to enhance job performance. Must possess excellent communication & organizational skills, ability to provide service to inside & outside customers. Communicates all concerns or problems identified within the department to the Chief CRNA or manager. Functions as a role model of professionalism.
