Maintains patient HT computer information, visits patients as requested, assists with menu selections, obtains patient's preferences, monitors patient menus selection for compliance with diet orders, checks diet order lists prior to each meal,provides basic instruction to patients per physician orders, and document interaction with patient and/or family. HS diploma or advance degree, excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills, show desire & initiative to learn principals of diet therapy, & legible handwriting are all required. Prior hospital food services experience preferred.
