Maintain and update government configuration and data management IAW EIA 649, SMC-S-002, AFI 33-322, and MIL-HDBK-61A. Advise and assist customer in the support in the development and maintenance of CM and DM Plans, Operating Instructions (OI), and procedures. Supports data calls, CDRLs requirement, receipt, distribution, review, and tracking of all submittals from contractor and prepare Contractual Document Action (CDA) packages for data requiring review and approval by the OPR and the contracting officer. Maintain DM databases of all data submittals, provides status of all CDAs through closure, and maintains electronic/physical files and other duties as assigned. Develop, document, modify, transition into, and maintain standard functional databases to support organizations in meeting mission requirements as needed. Document findings and provide recommended corrective actions to bring the discrepancy into compliance, taking into consideration cost, schedule, and programmatic impacts. Support Configuration Control Boards (CCBs) and Configuration Control Sub Boards (CCSBs) to manage program/system configurations. Support shall include, but is not limited to, preparatory activities, CCB attendance, document reviews, correspondence reviews, action item resolution, meeting minutes, briefing charts, and reports as requested. Develop, execute and maintain status accounting reports, change control files, engineering data files, configuration audits, interface control documents, specification files, & metrics. Establish/maintain a technical library, including documents such as, CDRLs, correspondence, product specification files, engineering drawings, reports, data items, software documentation, reference documents, databases, data deliverables, engineering change proposals/notices, and task change proposals/notices. Support Functional Configuration Audits (FCAs) to verify that system/subsystem performance complies with contractual and technical requirements. Includes preparatory activities, FCA attendance, document reviews, test reviews, action item resolution, agendas, meeting minutes, briefing charts, and final reports. Support Physical Configuration Audits (PCAs) to verify system/subsystem as-built configuration complies with product specifications. Includes preparatory activities, PCA attendance, document reviews, build reviews, action item resolution, agendas, meeting minutes, briefing charts, and final reports. Develop and implement, upon Government approval, a training program regarding areas covered by this PWS for the purpose of providing on-the-job and classroom training to Government personnel. Provide recommendations for streamlining and improving the standards, plans and processes used to execute configuration management functions.

Specific Requirements/Qualifications/Skills

At least 6 years of military or civilian experience in the configuration management career field. Must possess strong writing skills and ability to manage multiple on-going processes. MS Office suite of tools experience required. Livelink experience highly recommended.
