Anticipated Class Start Date: April 1, 2013
Starting Annual Salary, including paid-training, $22,880, plus annual incentive of $10,200 for meeting 100% of monthly goals. On average, our Small Business Sales & Care Reps are earning appx. $11,004 per year. *
Training will be 8 weeks, M-F, 8:00-5:00. Must be able to attend the entire training without time off. New Hires are not allowed any time off for the 1st 12 weekss ~ including 8 weeks on New Hire training and 4 weeks thereafter.
- Based on Mansfield Small Business Inbound YTD 2012 results and individual success.
After training, New Hires will be placed in the 1:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. work shift.
Hours of Operation: 7:45 a.m. – 9:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. Mandatory overtime may be required, based on call volume during normal hours of operation. No weekends!

Combination of education and/or relevant work experience totaling 2 years post-high school or equivalent.
Experience in Consultative Solution Selling.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
Active listening skills to identify sales opportunities.
Assertive and willingness to take risks.
Experience working in a team-based environment to meet both individual and organizational goals.
Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Outlook, and Internet Explorer.
Must meet 100% attendance requirements for an 8-week training program. Hours for training are M-F, 8am-5pm. Must be available to work evenings.
1 to 2 years of progressive telecommunications experience.
1 to 2 years or progressive experience in one or more products i.e., Voice, Data or TV Sales.
2 to 3 years of successful call center, retail sales or telemarketing experience.
Desire candidates that are fluent in both Spanish & English.
