2-3 years beverage industry experience
Sales background and customer relations experience preferred
Maintain regular call frequency to assigned retail accounts. Work nights and weekends as required.
Communicate with Pre-Sell Rep., DSMs and appropriate service and support personnel on evening prior to and after running Relief Sales Route to discuss route needs/objectives, issues / opportunities. Fill in for Pre-sell Rep. while they are on vacation or on Team Sell/ special assignments
Responsible for maintaining product freshness in assigned accounts while minimizing finished product loss.
Fulfill pre-established sales objectives and implementation of company marketing programs at the retail level. Be knowledgeable of Impact Selling objectives and maximize the routes’ potential towards those objectives.
Responsible for booking, building and merchandising product displays. Survey and influence retail accounts to ensure a competitive edge in dominant POS placement, price points, shelf space and product location.
Learn and utilize Busch Selling skills to enhance sales and achieve our company objectives. Sell in new products and increase distribution of primary and secondary brands.
Execute special assignments and impact selling objectives as assigned by management.
Learn and utilize Mobility, Shelf Set, PC applications for day-to-day jobs and for retailer business reviews.
Insure the execution of the ABSO KPI’s as it relates to this position. Develop goals and objectives that align with the ABSO KPI’s.
