TITLE : SAMs/CLERICAL Support – long term care options (LTCO)
DEFINITION : Reporting to a Service Coordinator Supervisor, this position is responsible for a range of clerical support functions including: SAMS report review and data entry or correction, typing, scanning, shredding, and telephone coverage.
Education : High School diploma or equivalent with courses in word processing, business English, and data entry.
Experience : Minimum of two years related work experience in office procedures.
Typing speed of at least 40 wpm.

Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Well organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and large amounts of detail.

DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS :
Filters Activities/Referrals report at least once daily for ISP process and enters any approved or questioned ISP results into Oracle.
Obtains HCSIS/Oracle Error Reports from IT, reviews and corrects any discrepant demographic data.
Enters/Corrects service coordination data in SAMS as indicated
Obtains SAMS Maintenance Reports for LTCO from IT, including Service Delivery Reports, Service Coordination Report, and Missing Data Fields. Reviews and corrects as indicated.
Reconciles Waiver participants in SAMS and Oracle by running filter in SAMS for Active Waiver participants and compares with active participants in Oracle. Closes cases in SAMS as indicated.
Provides ad hoc support with SAMS data requirements and reports
Provides general clerical backup and support to LTCO staff as needed, including answering telephones, word processing letters, reports, and forms.
Other duties as assigned
Provides accurate, efficient clerical and data support to LTCO staff.
Processes significant amount of data correctly and within deadline.
Maintains customer service approach at all times.
SALARY : $26,813.00
