Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Strong knowledge of and configuration experience in SAP 6.0 Production Planning (PP) and Materials Management (MM)
At least 3 years of experience in supporting SAP Production Planning
Experience in a manufacturing environment
Proven experience in providing system support and direct contact with users to solve issues with business applications
Supporting the users on first and second level for MM & PP SAP functions
Experience on an SAP implementation required
Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
Responsibilities include supporting various business functions including Materials Requirement Planning, Production Execution, Capacity planning (finite and infinite), Master data management, developing specifications for custom transactions or interfaces with shop floor systems, Provide user training when required, Create BPPs (Business Process Procedures) based on analyzing business requirements and process analysis, Other duties as assigned
Working knowledge of business process analysis and process engineering
Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent years of experience
SAP education/certification is desirable
Minimum 3 years of technical experience in supporting SAP Production Planning
Excellent communications skills---both written and verbal, and the ability to present difficult concepts into understandable terms to all levels of the organization
Must possess soft skills: conflict resolution and negotiation, personal effectiveness, creative problem solving, strategic thinking, team building, and influencing skills
Expertise in dealing with people effectively and politely
Ability and willingness to travel extensively, nationally and internationally
US Citizenship or Qualified US worker
