4M Research has an immediate need for SAP Workflow / ABAP Developer (ECC 6.0 / NetWeaver 7.0 or later) to perform development for the US Army in Picatinny Arsenal, NJ and Alexandria, VA. Candidates with prior DoD Logistics experience will take precedence. Resource will participate in requirements gathering workshops and provide recommendations and fit/gap assessment; model workflow solutions to meet business requirements; create and drive organizational adoption around best practices.
Integration with SAP NetWeaver Universal Worklist (UWL).
Develop and execute detailed unit test plans and participate in integration user acceptance testing.


Applicants will have a minimum of 6 years work experience including 3 - 5 years of SAP Workflow; SAP Business Rules Framework and ABAP/ABAP Webdynpro experience as a consultant or equivalent. Proof of Computing Environment certification (SAP Training Certificates in ABAP, Config, etc) AND one of the following IAT Level II Security Certifications (GSEC, Security+, SCNP, SSCP) which must be achieved prior to joining the project.

Must have:
  • Experience with core SAP Workflow development methods: examples include Business Objects, ABAP Classes, Methods, Agent Determination, Role resolution, Binding, Events, Event Linkage and both asynchronous and synchronous tasks.
  • Experience with SAP Workflow Administration tasks including performance tuning; experience applying ABAP coding within SAP ERP: examples: BAPI's Function Modules, Classes, BAD's, RFC's;
  • Administering and configuring Universal Worklist (UWL) within the SAP NetWeaver platform.
  • Current DOD SECRET Clearance or the ability to attain one as a prerequisite of hire.
Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience 4+ years.
