Manage and maintain SAR database.
Coordinate Development Change Review Boards (DCRBs) for disposition of SARs and software changes.
Participate in technical reviews and audits.
Control and maintenance of System Anomaly Report (SAR) database.
Develop metrics and analysis reports.
Enter test point planning, test execution data; tracking requirements in the database.
Interface with System Block Managers and other management personnel to provide support for formal program reviews.
Requires following skills:
Data entry/management experience
Detail-oriented with strong organization skills
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word and Access
This is an SCA (Service Contract Act) eligible position
Relevant Experience (amount and type): AA Preferred or 3 to 5 years of experience
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products: Excel and Word.
Must effectively communicate (oral and written) with tact and professionalism.
Detailed oriented; strong organizational skills
