GENERAL OVERVIEW
Serves on a Casual basis, as a General Clerk I supporting the TSSC-III Program through the Southwest Region, based out of Fort Worth, TX. The ideal candidate will have 0-3 years of clerical and/or administrative experience.
This is a temporary position, working approximatley 20 hours per week.
TYPICAL ASSIGNMENTS
Compiling and filing correspondence and reference data.
Send, receive and organize mail, answer phones and take messages.
Logging and tracking of transmittals and following up on transmittal responses.
Daily assignments may vary depending on the tasks required.
Generates electronic/hardcopy (scan, copy, file, etc.) documents as needed.
Communicates with regional staff as well as the client in a timely manner, and advises management when additional time is needed to complete an assigned task.
Proactively works to meet internal and external customer/client needs.
Maintains a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
0-3 years of clerical and/ or administrative experience required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, primarily Word and Excel.
Working knowledge of office equipment, including personal computers, fax and copy machines.
Must be detail-oriented, with excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with an ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
This position requires a security background check by the FAA and must be able to meet customer security requirements (moderate to high risk).
