High school diploma or GED. Must possess a high level of initiative and dependability.
Excellent communication skills. Ability to follow written and oral instructions.
Proficient PC skills (MC Office, database such as SAP)

High degree of professionalism with internal and external customers.
Ability to work in warm or cold temperatures. Lift and handle up to 60 pounds. Able to climb vertical ladders. Ability to operate a skid-steer, track mobile or sweeper if needed.

- Working directly in the daily plant operations of: maintenance, sanitation, receiving, storing, processing and shipping barley and barley malt.
- Monitor and control daily operations using plant process control systems and field operated systems.
- Perform sanitation duties, cleaning with compressed air, bleach, water, and vacuum systems.
- Implement all policies and procedures regarding quality, safety and evironmental compliance with Zone regulations.
