In our sector (advertising " marketing), Leadnomics was ranked #3. We are currently looking to grow our SEM/Paid Search efforts by adding a strategist to our team. This is a unique opportunity for you to have a level of control over the entire conversion funnel; through our in-house marketing efforts, we generate traffic to our own proprietary offers in a number of different verticals. We are constantly expanding our offerings and introducing new brands to our line-up.

Our ideal candidate has experience managing end-to-end SEM/Paid Search campaigns and understands all drivers of performance. What you ’ll do: The primary goal of this position is to utilize SEM best practices to increase lead volume, decrease CPL and maximize ROI. You will work as part of our tight-knit team of digital marketers who are industry leaders in SEO, Media Buying, PPC and SEM. You will also collaborate with our internal creative team to design and test landing pages and create and optimize ads.

You will manage end-to-end SEM campaigns and seek new areas of opportunity through keyword analysis, bid management, campaign strategy, CPA optimization, ad copy creation and A/B split testing. You will monitor, track and analyze performance of paid search campaigns and make necessary adjustments to ensure maximum ROI. What you ’ll need: Strong experience with optimizing SEM campaigns through ad copy, campaign structure (taxonomy), geo-targeting, keyword, match type and landing page optimization. Experience with Direct Response campaigns and managing traffic to a positive ROI.

Experience proactively managing relationships with top search engines (Google AdWords, Bing, etc..) Expert knowledge in conversion metrics and conversion flow (CPM, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA). Excellent data analysis skills. Excellent writing and organizational skills and strong proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel.
