The foundation of our Performance Improvement System involves a blended approach and methodology mixing Change Acceleration Process (CAP), WorkOut, Lean/Six Sigma and other improvement methodologies. This performance leader facilitates the evaluation, planning, and implementation of Projects and Value Streams to support strategic and operational needs across all business units. The Sr. Performance Improvement Leader is accountable for the success of high profile large-scale prioritized projects that may be clinical, operations, or finance-based. The person in this position is responsible for leading interdisciplinary and collaborative teams driving projects aligned with senior business leaders’ goals and objectives. Common daily activities involve project management, consulting, facilitation, data analyses/interpretation and oral/visual presentation delivery. In addition, this position is responsible for developing metrics that track progress over time and will partner with stakeholders to identify and achieve priorities, goals, and objectives. This position embodies continuous improvement by creating value throughout the entire organization.

Desired experience, skills, and competencies include :
  • 7+ years progressive business operations or consulting experience in the health care industry preferred
  • 3-5 years of Lean/Six Sigma (transactional or industrial/manufacturing) experienced required
  • Demonstrated project management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communications skills
  • Proven implementation and measurable outcomes experience
  • Strong decision making capabilities
  • Trusted team player with service-oriented attitude
  • Self-directed requiring minimal supervision
  • Proficient with MSWord, Excel, PowerPoint, and Statistical Applications
  • Functional within and sensitive to political dynamics between organizations
  • Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering or related field
