Description

Provide field and customer support to assigned Areas. Maintain contracts for new and existing business, including contract renewals. Perform order booking and contract renewals and resolution of customer support issues, audit instruments and consumable contract for compliance to policy and programs and enter into on-line system. Heavy customer, management and inter-department interaction.

Qualifications

Clerical and computer skills including experience with Microsoft Word and Excel, also proficient in the use of email tools (Outlook or Lotus Notes), typing 35 - 40 WPM. Must possess good verbal and written communication. Experience with ORACLE or similar program required.

Effectively manage workload and completes assignments, tasks and projects independently and in a timely fashion.Demonstrates the ability to make well-reasoned and timely decisions that are in the best interest of the business and department. Mandatory overtime.

3 - 5 years Diagnostics or Life Sciences contract experience, demonstrated skills in effective Call Handling, in a high volume Customer Service environment, must possess strong analytical skills & ability to multi task. College preferred.
