Under the direction of Restaurant Management, the incumbent serves food and beverage to guest throughout the restaurant ensuring our guest a memorable experience.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum one (1) to two (2) years of related experience preferred
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Adheres to state liquors laws.
Keeps server station clean at all times.
Maintains area relative to supplies, equipment and the removal of empty or soiled articles.
Adheres to beverage control procedures.
Serves all guest according to established standards of service.
Delivers all items in a timely and courteous manner.
Knowledgeable of all facets to the operation as well as property.
Knowledgeable of restaurant seating plan including sections, table number and seat numbers; knowledgeable of restaurant (ordering) systems; expediting systems.
Is familiar with all menu; menu specification and specials.
Ensures that all set-up duties are completed on time.
Responsible for compliance with all regulatory requirements and maintain a clean, safe, hazard- free work environment within the area of responsibility.
