SHIFT SUPERVISOR/KEY HOLDER
This position is responsible for assuring that service to our guests remains a competitive advantage by providing every guest with an exceptional personal experience. Will contribute to a commitment to excellence in every aspect of our business. Must live and support the Mission, Vision and Core Values. Acts as the person in charge in the absence of store management. Acts as an extension of store management during peak periods and mentors other team members.
This person assumes the daily responsibilities of administrative tasks in the absence of management. Can fully complete the start of day, end of day and radiant procedures. Is capable of completing all daily documentation.
Team members will be caretakers of the brand continually looking for ways to improve quality, and remain the brand of choice. Consistently performs duties according to established SOP’s, GMP’s and SSOP’s. Is committed to provide consistently high quality products as defined by established standards.
Leverages Training tools, promotions, products and services in order to maximize sales opportunities. Cross-Sells, prospects, supports Food Service/delivery programs. Is able to match products and services to customer’s needs.
Will assume the role of Alternative Distribution (AD) Production Manager during peak periods. Will hire, schedule and oversee seasonal team members to make product and load trucks for morning delivery to AD sites. Will also responsibility for their assigned areas of the store. Is willing to work 4pm – 12am shift during peak periods as well as extended hours as the work load demands. Continually seeks additional skills and responsibilities. Seeks advice when needed and is familiar with crisis communication plan.
