DESCRIPTION

Glevum Associates is currently seeking instructors to assist the Government in the execution of various Counterintelligence, Surveillance, and Cyber Threat (CI) courses at the Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA) Joint Counterintelligence Training Academy (JCITA), Quantico, VA and/or the surrounding metropolitan area. The project is funded for one year with possible extensions up to five years.

DUTIES

  • Assist with the analysis, objective writing, evaluations, design development, facilitation techniques, and maintenance of course materials, lesson plans and practical exercises.
  • Conduct training needs assessments as needed.
  • Participate in course evaluations to measure the extent to which the training improved student's knowledge and performance on the job.
  • Evaluate student performance in accordance with established work standards.
  • Identify elements of the training process in need of revision based on student evaluations.
  • Serve as course manager or lead instructor for one or more courses.
  • Participate in meetings to provide advise in resolving problems.
  • Represent the organization at training conferences and meetings at the direction and approval of the Government.
QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a graduate of an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school
  • Must be a graduate of one of the JCIAT's AFCIOC or a legacy training course offered by the Military Departments; such as AFCITC, the Air Force Counterespionage Case Officer's Course, by the Navy Counterespionage Operations Course, Military Counterintelligence Collection (MCC) course, Advanced Source Operations Training (ASOT-III), FTC, or an Intelligence Community (IC) school equivalent.
  • Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in areas of counterintelligence
  • Must be TS/SCI cleared
  • Must be US citizen
