Primary Duties: Review and inspect all incoming data from customers to insure data is sufficientfor assembly of PCBs.Set up feeders from “feeder assignment” for all SMT pick and place machines.Inspect all Stencils for form, fit, and function as it relates to the PCBA job and theScreen Printer.Setup and program the Screen Printer for defect free printing.Coordinate with QC for 1st article Inspection to insure proper placementof parts.Perform reflow profiling of reflow oven as it pertains to each assembly build. Record and maintain all reflow profilesfor current and future builds of all products.Using defect or non-conformance data, effectively communicate quality issues, viaQMS procedures, to the PCB Assembly Manager or assembly house personnel asrequired, for immediate correction. Read and understand customer’s drawings, specifications and requirements, as well asISO procedures and IPC specifications as they apply to printed circuit boardassembly.Thoroughly and accurately complete forms and documentation as necessary.Professionally and effectively communicate both verbally and written with coworkers,management, vendors, source inspectors and customer representative (whenneeded).Perform house-keeping duties to maintain a clean and safe work environment.Qualifications: High School Diploma preferred. 3-5 years experienceas a SMT operator for pick and place and screen printing.Prior experience with ISO 9001/9002 or QS9000 preferred.

Previous knowledge of mechanical, thru-hole, surface mount, electronic componentidentification and performing reworks on printed circuits boards a must.Ability to read and interpret quality control specifications, IPC 610certification, blue print drawings and engineering specifications.
