This Statement of Work covers the need for the services of a college student(s) to provide technical and/or analytical support in the field of Cyber Warfare and Information Assurance to assist a team of cyber engineers that are preparing for a Command Cyber Readiness Inspection.

This topic covers a broader range of topics including, but not limited to:
a. Vulnerability Assessment.
b. Remediation.
c. Security Controls.
d. Risk Analysis.
e. Public Key Infrastructure.
f. Cyber Warfare.
g. Advanced Persistent Threat Mitigation
h. Intrusion Detection
i. Database Administration.
j. Web Development.
k. Software Engineering.

Minimum Qualifications

Undergrad, Senior: Majoring in a technical discipline such as an Engineering major, Computer Science major, or Homeland Security major.

Required Course Work:
Java Programming
Web Development
Public Key Infrastructure
Cyber Security
Information Systems and Research
Public Speaking

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Ability to assist with Cyber Warfare and Information Assurance and collecting test data and criteria to analyze, score, and evaluate.

Working Conditions

Due to the regulations established by the Department of Defense, only US Citizens may qualify.

The contractor shall have a Secret clearance in accordance with the DD254 of the basic contract. Access to sensitive information shall require that the candidate handle information in accordance with DOD guidelines. Serious penalties may result for violations of DOD policies, procedures and standard practices. The contractor shall be required to pass a criminal and financial background check.

Physical requirement. The student may be required to climb stairs, move computer equipment, perform network technician duties and install components in a rack.
