Festiva Development Group, LLC has an opening for a SQL/Dialer Administrator Database Analyst to support our company was we continue to grow.

We are seeking an individual to manage our dialer software, develop custom integrated solutions, as well as report and analyze data received. We are a Vacation Ownership/Time Share company and we run dialing campaigns to reach potential clients by telephone.

We need a person who works well with a team on large and small projects. We would like to find someone who has keen analytical skills, can develop solutions and can approach problems with a positive attitude and come up with creative solutions when needed.

You must be able to balance daily tasks with development projects that move toward major long-term goals. Good documentation is expected to maximize the team's ability to work together. Dialer management experience is preferred but not required.
Database, SQL, and programing skills are a plus as our dialer runs off information obtained through our databases. You will develop strategies, schedules, and analyze effectiveness of our dialing campaigns.

Job Description: *
Administer auto dialer software, server and database *
Provide support for users and managers of auto dialer software *
Balance daily tasks and work in a team environment *

Requirements: *
Knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio *
Report development using a variety of mediums *
Ability to work well under pressure *
Thoroughness and time-management skills are a must.

Preferences: *
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience and certifications *
Experience with SQL Server
Experience in the collections industry or call center environment is a plus.
· SPI software experience a plus
Experience/Skill Requirements
First rate problem-solving, team, and time management skills. A very strong delivery focused work ethic that takes ownership and produces results.
· Knowledge of dialer systems, telemarketing compliance, and network infrastructure is required
· At least 1 year in database administration; or One to three years of experience in support as well as utilizing the following technologies: MS SQL Server Database, Reporting, and Integration Services. Candidate will be able to extend web application integrations with hosted platform.
· Ability to maintain established quality and coding standards as they relate to data basing while testing and implementing solutions and staying on pace with scheduled deadlines. Strong analytical and organizational skills with an eye for the bigger business picture, not just IT requirements
· MS SQL Server Reporting Services and Integration Services knowledge is required
· Experience developing custom integrated solutions utilizing third-party API's and controls (Telerik ASP.net AJAX Toolkit) would be a plus.
· Industry specific experience is not necessary for this role but the candidate must have experience working on customer and corporate facing applications with the ability to understand and apply business rules within projects
· PHP/MySQL knowledge is a plus, but not an excluding factor
