The Sr. Administrator - Program Development & Tracking is responsible for planning, implementing and tracking market management programs and initiatives. Marketing skills, creativity, analytical, and project management skills are vital in this role as the programs that are developed must drive consistency, volume, and quality results. In addition, the role is responsible for ensuring alignment between local market initiatives and the strategy defined by the sales and commercial marketing leadership teams. The coordinator will regularly be interfacing and seeking the feedback and input of the market management, central marketing, sales and product management teams to ensure successful development and implementation of programs. Strong organization skills and the use of automation, systems, and technology are key in performing the duties of this position.
Job Responsibilities Include:
Work with the Director of Market Management and the Commercial Sales Leadership team to develop customer acquisition, retention and growth initiatives. Assist in the development; and implement programs and accompanying businesses cases for the following:
Track and report on ROI for all market management programs and initiatives. Develop management reporting for all market management programs and initiatives.
- Agent Programs (Agent appreciation, Agent training, Program/promotion roll-out)
- TDS Developed Events (Lead generation, Customer appreciation, Product demonstrations)
- Local Tactical Programs/Initiatives (Sales Blitzes, Sales Tools, Ensure collateral is current, Local referral and parner program efforts, Hospitality/Ticket Programs)
Provide leadership, support, coaching and training to the market team on marketing automation (Eloqua) and CRM (SFA) to drive revenue and analytics to support marketing activity.
Collaborate with the commercial central marketing team to coordinate and align efforts to global marketing strategy.
Interface with internal consumer and commercial sales and marketing team to understand needs related to promotional Items for trade shows, local events, etc. Work with vendors to negotiate pricing and obtain items.
Trouble-shooting systems-related problems impacting customer list development, CRM tools, and program measurement.
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree (or higher) OR 4+ years professional work experience
1+ years marketing OR program development experience
Background and/or working knowledge in customer service, marketing, management and/or sales.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access with an exceptional attention to detail.
