Interface is searching for a Senior Business Analyst – CRM.
The Senior Business Analyst – CRM works with the Global Project Manager in the development and implementation of global business solutions. He/She will interpret and document the customer’s business needs, will participate in identifying needs and will work closely with the customer, application development, and the analysis team to develop a higher quality product to achieve optimal solutions.
Candidates must have:
Two years’ experience administering a CRM application and data and systems analytics supporting a CRM system
Experience with project management methodology and tools
Practical work experience with CRM and/or BI solutions
Concern for user satisfaction
Results oriented mentality
Strong analytical skills and a proven approach to problem solving
A professional integrity and ethics
Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
Ability to integrate and adapt quickly
In addition to the above requirements it is preferred that applicants will have
A Bachelor’s degree or a MBA
