Develop strategies and plans for aligning Leaders and all levels of stakeholders to project goals and objectives.

Conduct business impact and risk assessments to determine people, process, and technology impacts at the Company, Department, and job-specific levels and determine the best approach for addressing impacts and risks.

Develop and execute coordinated, comprehensive communication plans (including ample opportunities for two-way dialogue) to facilitate clear, consistent, and honest internal and external messaging along all phases of the project.

Develop and execute implementation and post-implementation support strategies for the business.

Facilitate the Project Teams in developing business continuation plans.

Facilitate Organizational Development activities, including job role design and performance measures as needed for Company or Departmental projects.

Provide guidance and assist in planning for project team effectiveness, including team structure design and capability transfer approach.

Build and maintain cross-functional relationships.

Contribute to the development of an Organizational Readiness methodology and toolset.

Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.

May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.

Minimum Requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.


Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or Master's Degree preferred.


Must have a minimum of 5 years of experience developing and executing Organizational Readiness/Changement Management plans across all project phases.

Prefer at least 2 years of experience in the transportation industry.

Prefer some merger and acquisition experience.


Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

Ability to exercise business judgment, to communicate persuasive conclusions and insights, and to build relationships.

Ability to project poise, confidence and maturity in both internal and external situations.

Ability to effectively supervise/manage Team members.

Ability to meet deadlines, often within very tight timeframes.

Ability to serve a full range of assignments.

Working knowledge of business process design and training development methodology.

Must have the ability to assume a high level of responsibility and to provide direction in a cross-functional, team-oriented environment.

Must have the ability to properly manage highly sensitive and confidential information.

Must have the ability to contend with the range and complexity of large business problems.

Must have experience developing and delivering presentations to large audiences, including senior leadership.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills including the ability to communicate complex issues in a structured, concise manner.

Proven ability in identifying and resolving issues.

Proven ability in designing and conducting analyses, as well as synthesizing recommendations.

Must have intermediate or higher abilities in using the Microsoft Office applications.


Must maintain a well-groomed appearance.
