Needs limited supervision and/or direction.

Develops strong relationships with Customers, peers and Leaders.

Creates and presents material, both written and oral, to Leaders.

Provides ad Hoc financial and operational support to Leaders.

Strong PC and software skills required (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); familiarity with data querying or reporting tools preferred.

Ability to transform raw data into easily understood, presentable and actionable findings.

Ability to answer business questions using experience, logical reasoning and analytical skills.

Ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and prioritize accordingly.

Ability and desire to take ownership of individual and Team deliverables.

Must be able to meet any physical ability requirements listed on this description.

May perform other job duties as directed by Employee's Leaders.

Minimum Requirements BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education required.

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986.

EDUCATION (Level, and degree if applicable)

High School diploma or equivalency required.

Four year college degree required; aviation, business, finance or economics is preferred.


2+ years in airlines or corporate planning required.

1+ year of schedule development and design preferred.

1+ year of optimization experience preferred.

1+ year of experience in capacity planning preferred.

2 to 4 years of experience in airlines or corporate planning required.


Most activities conducted in typical office environment which requires light lifting to overhead files and shelves.


Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines.

Must be accomplished in the skills and abilites required of the Analyst role.
