Knowledge of systems to manage hearing officers with high volume caseload. Knowledge of model statutes and regulations for state administrative hearing procedures. Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively in a busy work environment. Demonstrated commitment to high ethical standards in the practice of law and as an administrative law judge or hearing officer.
Selection Method : Qualifying: All candidates who apply and meet the minimum requirements are eligible for placement on the register for hiring consideration. Group : LAW Characteristics of the Class : Manages the work of supervisors, attorneys and non-attorney staff in a major legal function. Provides legal services of a varied and complex nature; and performs other duties as required.
