Job Description:
The University of Florida Veterinary Hospital is recruiting for a Senior Stores/Receiving Clerk for Central Stores and Mailroom Department.

1. Individual is primarily responsible for the receipt, processing and distribution of all CVM mail and packages.

2. Responsible for the sourcing, receiving, storing, and disbursement of all college equipment and supplies.

3. Serves as backup to the warehouse clerk.

4. Position requires a thorough knowledge and understanding of inventory management, mail processing applications, and State & University Purchasing regulations.

5. Must be customer service focused and have the ability and initiative to continually solve complex issues.

Minimum Requirements:
A high school diploma and two years of appropriate experience. Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience. Some positions may require possession of a classified driver’s license appropriate to the type of vehicle operated.
