This position is ideally suited for a person with strong communication, organization, business, and safety skills.
This is a position that also requires a high degree of integrity, creativity and customer service skills and one that impacts our success on a daily basis.Among other things, you will be responsible for:Coordinating background and drug screening requirements for construction industry sites.Developing, coordinating and/or presenting specific safety training for field employeesAssisting with pre-job safety requirements on multiple construction projectsCoordinating the purchase, issuance, adequacy and use of safety equipment (PPE) for field crewsDeveloping and coordinating safety forms/policies for use by field crews.Distributing Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) to field crews on a routine basisAssisting with accident investigation/reporting as neededCommunicating and interaction with field crews daily with tact, courtesy and professionalismCommunicating with our clients on a project by project basis with an emphasis on customer serviceBasis Qualifications Include:2+ years experience in EH&S position and or degreeExperience in the Construction Industry, civil preferredAbility to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and organize work flowStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong administrative skills relating to creating and maintenance of database(s), spreadsheets, etc.Experience in Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and Power PointDetail Oriented and demonstrated team playerAbility to speak and write both English and SpanishWe are an EEO/A employer.
