Sales/Marketing Representatives

MUST BE A GO-GETTER! WILL NOT TAKE "NO" AS A "NO." DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Goes out and meets with referral contacts
• Develops and implements local marketing strategy
• Develops contacts and contracts with other insurance companies not explored by owner/operator
• Goes to hospitals, conducts in-service events and meets charge nurses, CEO’s, and local doctors. Starts with geriatrics (geriatric attorneys), goes to associations (Marketer does this on an ongoing basis)
• Conducts calls, follow-up calls, meetings
• Tracks all contacts, referral sources and marketing efforts in SMART (see section F-7)
• Conducts Starts of Service and Client Quality Visits
• Closes the assessment, gets the deposit
• Sits down with scheduling department and communicates the needs of the client to match with an appropriate caregiver
• Takes all incoming service calls in the office and transfers the call or takes a message Conducts quality calls and quality visits ? Call clients on first day of service ? Conducts quality visit week one of service ? Conducts quality visit or call at 30 days of service ? Conducts quality visit or call at 60 days of service ?
