PROFESSIONAL RECRUITER

The Professional Recruiter will be responsible for developing a network of candidates in their assigned discipline (IT, Healthcare, Accounting or Marketing), creating long term relationships with those candidates to help them drive the success of their careers and partnering with our Account Management team to provide high quality, proactive human capital responses to the needs of our clients throughout the Southern CA region.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a large, relationship based network of professional consultants within the IT, Healthcare, Accounting or Marketing Industries.
- Partner with Comforce / AIC Account Managers and their clients do provide high quality talent in a proactive model.

Required Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 2+ years of experience in high volume, proactive model, agency recruiting with a track record of successful relationship management, professional placement and financial goal attainment (preferred).
- Must be looking for an opportunity for significant growth into Account Management or Recruiting Leadership roles AND have the business / personal acumen, individual drive and communication skills to back it up.

ACCOUNT MANAGER / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

The Account Manager / BDM will be responsible for the development of high quality client relationships within an assigned territory or account structure that will allow him/her to gain access to, control and close a high volume of contract, permanent and services based roles in his/her IT, Telecom, Healthcare, Accounting, or Marketing clients throughout the Southern CA market. Along with exceeding goals in a production environment, he/she should be willing and able to mentor and develop his/her assigned recruiters and prepare them for an opportunity to move into a AM / BDM role.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- A Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience is required.
- 3+ years of experience in high volume, proactive model, agency recruiting with a track record of successful client relationship development, requirements control, professional placement and financial goal attainment.
- Should be looking for an opportunity for significant growth into a Sales Management / Sales Director and have the business / personal / leadership acumen, individual drive and communication skills to help you ascend to the next level.
