The Ultrasound Sales/Service Manager (SSM) will be responsible for selling service contracts, parts, probes, systems, and training in their designated area. They will make themselves available to assist other Axess service personnel in resolving service issues outside of their area. The SSM will also be responsible for coordinating and performing all service and sales in their area of responsibility including completing all service and sales documentation in a timely manner. This position could possibly lead into a Reginal Sales and/or Service Manager, or other available opportunities.

A. Sales – 40%
 Generate sales leads in their repsective area through networking, contacts, trade show leads and cold calling
 Generate sales of the company's products and services in their respective geographic area of responsibility
 Achieve a minimum of 65% of annual sales quota
 Maintain a balance of sales between contracts, time and material and system sales
 Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly revenue pipelines
 Complete all sales documentation (i.e. quote requests, contract requests, etc.) to ensure accurate customer information for quotations invoices, statements, and other documentation required
 Generate a minimum of $450,000 in total sales for the area

B. Service – 50%
 Perform all emergency service calls, peformance assurance and misc. service calls as dispatched per the call center
 Perform all on-site service, technical phone support and general customer service to all customers within the designated area
 Assist customers with all ultrasound related issues regarding equipment within the area
 Provide on-site support, technical support and misc. support to all TriMedx/Ascension Health facilities within the area
 Complete all assigned multi-vendor cross-training responsibilities in the designated time frame
 Work as a team with your fellow Axess associates to resolve any challenging customer service issues
 Provide feedback and/or resolution assistance to the Ultrasound Technology Council relating to all technical issues found on various systems while discovered during service calls
 Adhere to Axess guidelines for customer callback and on-site service. (20 min callback and 24 hr on-site)
 Order parts, probes and other material according to policy and accurately return all core material as requested
 Provide superior customer service and maintain excellent customer satisfaction

C. Administration - 10%
 Complete all work orders, RMA's and other misc. service documentation as required by policy
 Perform all required documentation by sales processes. (Quote requests, customer information, billing information, etc)
 Complete all required documentation regarding parts and probe returns, RMA's, loaners probe documents, etc
 Perform all required processes for work orders, equipment maintenance and parts maintenance in our proprietary system
 Learn and use our proprietary program
 Perform any additional administrative tasks as assigned by management

Requirements
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

 Knowledge of basic and advanced ultrasound technology
 Computer skills including Microsoft applications
 Ability to negotiate with customers to obtain the best solution for all
 Conflict resolution skills to defuse disgruntled customers
 Ability to make sound decisions based on experience and research, if needed, in a timely and effective manner
 Good verbal and written communication skills
 Understanding of healthcare equipment services
 Strong analytical skills
 Adhere to the vision, direction and core values of Ascension Health, TriMedx and Axess Ultrasound
 Minimum 10 years ultrasound field service experience with an OEM
