POSITION SUMMARY:
Entry level position providing face-to-face quality customer service at Sales and Service Centers: have the ability to communicate effectively with customers on prices, billing questions, programming, installations/repairs including customer requests for new, upgrade, downgrade, transfers, or disconnection of services. Complete customer billing transactions including payments, account corrections, adjustments and past due account restoration.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Management of cash handling, including accepting payments, balancing drawers, reconciliation of billing error or account discrepancies
Responsible for balancing cash receipts and accurately performing and follow policy regarding all cash handling responsibilities
Issue, receive, exchange and troubleshoot customer equipment
Meet departmental standards for accuracy, quality and demonstrate a strong sales focus with ability to meet monthly sales goals

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be able to attend new hire training at off-site location potentially requiring overnight stays M-F for approximately a 6 week period
Must have an excellent driving record and be able to pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
Must maintain professional dress and appearance
Perform other duties as assigned

HOURS WILL BE FLEXIBLE

Must be able to work evening and weekends, within typical store hours of 8:30 am- 7:45 pm Monday through Saturday
Ability to travel to multiple Sales and Service Centers
Heavy cash handling experience a must
Minimum of three to six months of office, clerical and/or customer service experience is required.
Proven sales skills, preferably in a retail environment
Excellent customer relations skills
Must have basic math skills
Background and/or experience that indicates dependability, flexibility, and ability to work in a fast paced environment
Computer skills including Microsoft Office products
Use of ten key adding machine
Must have good verbal, written and interpersonal communications
Icoms billing experience a plus
Valid Driver's License, good driving record
