We are currently recruiting for an experienced Sales professional to develop new and strengthen existing client relationships throughout the Midwest Market. This Sales professional will function as part of our Industrial Solutions Sales Team which brings the capabilities of STRUCTURAL to the industrial market to include refining, petrochemical, chemical, food and beverage, metals and minerals, and other heavy industrial market segments. Projects include but are not limited to structural concrete repair, waterproofing, and strengthening. As a Sales professional for STRUCTURAL, you will collaborate with our Technologies and Operations teams to tackle the toughest construction challenges and meet the needs of our valued customers.

This position will be based in the Chicago Area and will require significant travel throughout the designated territory to acquire new business and strengthen existing relationships. - 5+ years of industrial sales experience, preferably in the Oil & Gas, Chemical, and Food & Beverage Industries
- Experience managing a territory with proven success in meeting and exceeding sales quotas
- Proven experience executing a formal sales process
- Previous experience using a CRM system to track and monitor sales plans
- Candidates who posses a Bachelor’s Degree may be given preference
